Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shoyu (Kikkoman soy sauce)
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. sake (Japanese wine) or sherry
    1 clove garlic
    1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger
    1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients and store in a jar in refrigerator. Marinate your favorite meats, (steaks, hamburger or chicken) with this delicious recipe for about 2 to 3 hours.
    Bake chicken for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven or barbecue.
