Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium yellow squash
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash in water until tender.
    Remove from water and drain.
    Add salt and oleo and cream together.
    Add cheese, egg, onion, milk and 1/2 cup of crumbs.
    Put in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
