Ingredients

1 c. sherry vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. honey
1 Tbsp. chili powder
salt and pepper
4 (6 oz.) salmon fillets
Preparation

In a small saucepan, reduce the vinegar to 1/4 cup.
In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar syrup with mustard, honey and chili powder.
Let rest 30 minutes.
Preheat grill.
Brush salmon with glaze and grill 3 minutes per side for medium.
