Spanish Rice Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Pork Chops
    Pepper
    Garlic Salt
    Light Chili Powder
    White Rice
    Water
    Mexican Stewed Tomatoes
    Green and Red Bell Peppers, chopped
    Onions
    Olives, chopped
    Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet. Season with pepper, garlic salt, light chili powder, add white rice and water. Use directions on rice as to rice/water ratio- desired amount. Add one can Mexican stewed tomatoes, chopped green and red bell pepper, onions, chopped olives, and light chili powder. Put lid on skillet until rice is tender. Add Cheddar cheese and serve.
