Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 large heaping serving spoons shortening or lard (3/4 c.)
    dash of salt
    enough ice cold water to mix
Preparation
    Mix together (crust is flakier, the less you handle it).
    Roll out on floured board and place in ungreased pie plates.
    (Makes 1 double crust.)
