Sweet 'N Sour Vegetables With Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. baked chicken, cubed
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. scallions, chopped
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    15 oz. can chop suey vegetables
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. currant jelly
    1 small green pepper, cut in strips
    1 carrot, cut into strips
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    rice
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok or skillet.
    Stir-fry chicken; remove. Stir-fry onions and carrot.
