Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. frozen suet
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 lightly beaten eggs
    Optional: 1/4 - 1/2 broth from roast
Preparation
    Cut suet into tiny pieces and melt in a 9 X 13 inch glass baking dish.
    Take out cracklings.
    Add broth from roast.
    Mix rest of ingredients, pour over suet (and broth).
    Do not stir. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then 15 minutes at 300 degrees.
