Cube Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. cubed steak
    1 large onion
    all-purpose flour
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom
    oil
    salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In large skillet, heat 1/2-inch oil over medium heat. Flour cubed steak and brown on both sides about 3 minutes each side. Place cubed steak in baking dish.
