Make-Ahead Hamburger Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. water
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Cook and stir meat and onion until meat is brown; drain.
Add remaining ingredients; heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Remove heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cool.
Divide among five (1-pint) freezer containers and freeze.
