Casserole Scallops - cooking recipe

1 1/4 Tbsp. bay scallops
1 1/2 c. crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
3 Tbsp. light cream
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
paprika
Preparation

Mix cracker crumbs with butter.
Arrange alternate layers of cracker crumbs and scallops in a 9-inch pie tin or flat casserole, making 3 layers of crumbs and two layers of scallops.
Pour the cream over the top, dut with salt, pepper and paprika.
Bake in hot (425\u00b0) oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
Don't overcook.
