Coffee Cake Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. or 2 sticks oleo
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast.
    In large bowl, combine flour, salt and vanilla; add 1/4 cup sugar.
    Cut in oleo.
    In separate bowl, combine the eggs, milk and yeast, then add to the flour mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
    Divide dough, roll out; sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon.
    Roll up and cut.
    Place on cookie sheet and flatten with hand.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Repeat with rest of dough.
