Impossible Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) envelope taco seasoning
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
    3 eggs
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
    chopped tomatoes
    shredded lettuce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 10-inch pie plate.
    Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix.
    Spread in plate; sprinkle with chiles.
    Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
    Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes.
    Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 8 to 10 minutes longer.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce, if desired.
    Serves 6 to 8.
