Ingredients

1/4 c. Roquefort cheese
2 drops Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. grated onion
5 slices dried beef
2 carrots
Preparation

Mash cheese; mix with Worcestershire sauce and onion.
Spread on beef slices; roll up and place in refrigerator until chilled. Cut into 1/2-inch lengths.
Slice carrot thin.
Place slice of carrot on toothpick, then dried beef.
