Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 Tbsp. meat grease
1 large can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
red pepper to taste
salt
black pepper
2 cans chili beans
Preparation

Cook ground beef and onion.
Drain.
Put in enough water to simmer and meat grease.
Add tomato sauce, chili powder, pepper and salt.
Simmer about 30 minutes and add chili beans.
Simmer a little while longer.
