Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
4 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix the egg white and water. Add pecans.
Leave in mixture until well moistened.
Mix the sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Mix with the nuts.
Place on slightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Store in airtight container.
