Cream Puffs(Yields 50 Portions) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. margarine or butter
    1 qt. boiling water
    1 lb. 3 oz. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    16 eggs (1 lb. 12 oz.)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in boiling water.
    Add flour and salt, all at once, to boiling mixture.
    Beat vigorously.
    Remove from heat as soon as mixture leaves sides of pan.
    Transfer to mixer bowl. Cool slightly.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating on high speed after each addition.
