Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. each: nutmeg and red pepper
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. shredded Gruyere cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Heat milk and butter to rolling boil in 2-quart saucepan.
    To flour, mix nutmeg and pepper.
    Combine cheeses.
    Stir in flour.
    Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat in 4 eggs all at once; continue beating until smooth.
    Fold in 2/3 cup of cheese.
    Drop dough by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet to form 8-inch ring.
    Smooth with spatula.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake until puffed and golden, 50 to 60 minutes.
