Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. cake flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. finely chopped apples
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs; mix well.
Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to mixture.
Add vanilla and fold in nuts and apples.
Grease and flour pans.
Can be baked in a bundt or tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours, a 13x9x2 inch pan at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, 3 8 inch cake pans for 35 minutes or 2 loaf pans for about 45 minutes.
