Company'S Coming Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. squash
1 large carrot, grated
1 small onion, chopped
1 small jar pimento
1 stick margarine, melted
1 box Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation

Simmer squash, carrots, onions and pimento in small amount of water.
Line casserole dish with the stuffing and margarine, mixed.
Save out enough for topping.
Mix soup into squash mixture and blend in sour cream.
Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle stuffing mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
