Buffet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Thaw hash browns.
Add each ingredient one by one, mixing as you go.
