Turnip Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. turnips
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 roll jalapeno cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Preparation

Cook turnips in salt water and drain.
Cook onion in oleo until tender.
Add soup and turnips.
Stir just until mixed.
Pour into casserole dish and slice cheese.
Place on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
