Diabetic Apple Cake With Topping(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. diet margarine
    1/4 c. water
    2 eggs
    4 c. peeled, chopped Delicious apples
    1/4 c. frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
    1 c. Post Grape-Nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream shortening and eggs. Beat in sifted flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in water and apple juice.
    Fold in apples, grape-nuts and raisins. Pour in 8-inch square pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
