Death By Chocolate Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. (16 sq.) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
3/4 c. firmly packed sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Heat oven at 350\u00b0.
Coarsely chop 8 squares (1 package of chocolate).
Set aside.
Microwave remaining squares in large bowl on High 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in flour and baking powder.
Stir in reserved chopped chocolate and nuts.
Drop by the spoonful on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 12 to 13 minutes.
Cool 1 minute and enjoy.
