Microwave Toasted Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shelled nuts
olive oil
salt to taste
Preparation

Spread nuts in a single layer in a shallow plate or pie plate. Allow 6 minutes for almonds, pine nuts, peanuts, pecans, blanched walnuts and fresh pumpkin and winter squash seeds.
Allow 6 minutes for dried seeds and 10 minutes for cashews and filberts.
