Lemon Coolers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon cake mix *
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 egg
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Ingredients do not need to be room temperature.
    Mix cake mix, Cool Whip and egg in large bowl by hand.
    Drop mixture by teaspoon into powdered sugar to coat. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Let cool on sheet for 5 minutes before removing.
    Makes approximately 4 dozen.
