Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup powdered sugar; add margarine, mixing well.
    Spoon into a 9-inch square baking pan; press into pan evenly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
    Combine 2 tablespoons flour and baking powder; set aside.
    Combine eggs, sugar, lemon rind and lemon juice; beat well.
    Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture and pour over baked crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
    Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
    Let cool; sprinkle again with powdered sugar and cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
