Paul'S Best Tater Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and diced
1 medium onion, grated
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. chopped stuffed olives
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. mustard (prepared)
2 Tbsp. olive juice
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients and then make a dressing of the remaining ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Pour over potato mixture.
Toss lightly until mixed well.
Garnish with sliced hard-cooked eggs and slices of stuffed olives.
