Cinnamon Flop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 (8-inch) layers or one 8 x 13-inch pan.
