Herbed Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. olive oil
    4 tsp. mayonnaise
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried thyme
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh tarragon or 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    salad greens and vegetables of choice
Preparation
    In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine the first 10 ingredients; shake well.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve over salad.
    Yields 3 cups.
