Make Ahead Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sage sausage (Jimmy Dean)
2 slices white bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
pepper to taste
Preparation

Crumble sausage in skillet; cook over medium heat until brown, stirring occasionally.
Drain well.
Spread bread cubes in a buttered 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish; top with sausage and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until set.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
