Lima Bean Soup Crock-Pot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage roll (hot or sweet)
29 oz. can crushed tomatoes
2 potatoes, 1/2-inch cubes
1 tsp. basil
1 lb. bag frozen limas
1/2 celery rib, minced
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage.
Pour tomatoes into crock.
Fill tomato can one and a half times with water.
Add to crock.
Add remaining ingredients.
Either cook eight hours on high or start the afternoon before and cook all night on low.
Stir every few hours.
(Can be started at 3 p.m. one day and served 6 p.m. the next.)
Serve with French or Italian bread.
