Berries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pt. firm ripe blackberries, blueberries or raspberries
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Wash berries carefully in cold water.
    Drain in colander. Dissolve sugar substitute in water.
    Fill 4-pint sized containers with fruit.
    Add solution to cover berries, allowing 1/2-inch in headspace.
    Seal tightly and freeze.
    Makes 4 pints.
