Linguine Calamarettial Burro(Linguine Or Angel Hair, Squid And Butter) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 doz. whole small squid
    1/2 tsp. salt
    black pepper
    butcher cut
    1 lb. linguine or angel hair
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter in saucepan.
    Add cut up squid and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Saute (uncovered) for 15 minutes, until squid are tender.
    Cook pasta al dente; drain and place in hot bowl.
    Pour squid with their liquid over the pasta.
    Toss well, but gently, with wooden forks.
    Serve in hot soup bowls. You may add shrimp, scallops or fish.
    Serves 4 to 6.
