Chicken With Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. diced chicken breast
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1/4 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    2 c. snow peas (fresh or frozen)
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Stir-fry chicken and garlic in oil over high heat.
    When chicken turns white, add soy sauce and cook 5 minutes longer.
    Add snow peas, mushrooms and water chestnuts.
    Cover and simmer 3 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch and water.
    Then add to other ingredients.
    Cook an additional minute while stirring.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
