School House Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. yeast
3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. dry milk
1 tsp. salt
6 c. flour
Preparation

Combine water, sugar and yeast in large bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
Mix well and add shortening.
Sift and add dry milk, salt and flour.
Knead until mixture is spongy.
Let rise to double size.
Make into rolls and let rise again to double size. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
(Be sure and place on greased baking sheet.)
