Sweetest Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes, fresh and raw
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    2 pie shells
    whipped topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Boil potatoes until very soft; peel. Place in food processor or beat with mixer.
    Beat potatoes until mushy.
    Add all ingredients as mixing; after 2 minutes should have a smooth texture.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake for 30 minutes; allow to cool.
    Before cutting, top with whipped topping, if desired.
