Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup
    1 1/2 Cups uncooked rice (not instant)
    2 frying chickens cut up into pieces
    salt and pepper
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Scatter lipton's in bottom of 9 X 13 baking dish.
    Add rice and pieces of chicken.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Mix soup with water and heat to boiling.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
    If dry at the end of the first 1 1/2 hours an a little water.
