Princess Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. carrots, diced small
2 small onions, diced small
1/3 c. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 qt. chicken stock
2 blades mace
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
-
Saute vegetables in butter.
Add flour; mix well.
Add hot chicken stock; add seasoning and check for taste.
Mix well.
Cook 15 minutes.
Add strained scalded milk.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley.
