Humming Bird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 diced bananas
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla well. Add sifted dry ingredients; mix well. Add fruit and mix well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Do Not Use Mixer!
