Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups cooked Garbanzo beans
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Tahini (sesame seed butter)
2 cloves garlic of 1/4 tsp. powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 cup water or broth from garbanzos
2 tsp. cumin
Fresh parsley or mint, to taste
Preparation

Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add more water if necessary.
Use as spread or dip.
