Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
1 stick margarine
1 c. mayo
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 fresh head of broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs for topping
Preparation

Cook broccoli until tender.
Drain.
Place in bottom of large casserole dish.
Mix other ingredients.
Pour over top of broccoli.
Add cracker crumbs over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 10 people.
