Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
    2 1/4 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Grate cheese.
    Combine all 3 ingredients; roll into 1-inch balls.
    Hands will get sticky; can dust with flour.
    Put balls into freezer; let them get real firm, then deep fry.
    They stay in shape better for serving.
