Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole eggs, slightly beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter, melted
2 tsp. flour
2 scant tsp. corn meal
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until it won't shake.
