Boneless Chicken With Onions And Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. white onion, sliced
    1 c. green pepper, sliced
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    2 tsp. flour
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. hot water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Marinate chicken with salt, pepper and garlic.
    Saute boneless chicken in vegetable oil, turning frequently to keep chicken from sticking.
    Add 1/2 of pepper and onion.
    Continue to cook on medium heat.
    Sprinkle flour over mixture; cook for 5 minutes. Add water and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Serve with white steamed rice. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
