Never Fail Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Boil sugar, butter and milk hard for 1 minute.
    Take off stove and add chocolate chips.
    Stir until cool and melted.
    Beat until it loses its gloss; spread.
