Corn Oyster Appetizers - cooking recipe

grated raw corn
1 well-beaten egg
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. imitation crab (optional)
1/4 c. flour
salt and pepper
Preparation

Grate raw corn\tfrom
cob.
To\t1
cup of pulp, add the egg, butter, crab, flour and seasonings.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot vegetable\tshortening
after forming in small balls. Stick toothpick in top.
Serve hot.
