2 E-Z Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 peaches
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 stick margarine, melted
    5 slices white bread, cut in finger strips without edges
Preparation
    Place fruit in buttered dish.
    Put bread fingers over fruit. Mix sugar, flour, egg and margarine.
    Pour over fruit and bread. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
