Cheese Grits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c hominy grits
1/2 roll garlic cheese
1/2 stick butter or oleo
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
Grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook grits according to package directions; season with salt. Crumble into the hot, cooked grits the garlic cheese and butter. Stir until melted.
Add egg and milk.
Put in buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Take out and cover with grated cheese.
Put back into oven long enough to melt cheese. CORN PUDDING
