Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. apples
    1/2 c. cider
    1 tsp. cloves
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Stem and quarter apples.
    Cook apples and cider on low in slow cooker for 10 hours.
    Blend in blender.
    Add sugar and spices. Cook with lid off 1 more hour.
    Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
    Makes 3 to 4 pints.
