Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    5 potatoes, cubed
    2 cut-up carrots
    1 c. cut-up onion
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 qt. stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into a covered dish and bake for 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
